P97’s world-wide Network Operating Center (NOC) is currently seeking qualified individuals to help keep the P97 mobile platform at peak operating efficiency at all locations, coordinate new store installations, and to resolve problems using standard operating procedures. The successful candidate for this role will be well-trained in product knowledge and has the ability to offer quick and accurate assistance to customers. What You Will Do
Operations and Network Operations Center support 24/7/365
Visualize technical problems from verbal descriptions, use a disciplined approach to troubleshoot the problem, provide clear instructions and obtain feedback to confirm the actions taken were successful during the problem resolution process
Manage a large volume of incoming calls
Excellent customer service skills including phone contact handling skills and active listening
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information within the ticketing system by using the existing methods/tools
Liaise with Development team to provide production support and problem-resolution
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
